Type C Mom exists because too many moms are living inside the same contradiction:
they are competent, caring, and carrying far more than anyone sees, but still feel like they are constantly one step behind.
They are good at a lot of things. Sometimes excellent at a lot of things. And still somehow end up feeling bad at life because the laundry is piled up, the school email is unanswered, or the house is one open drawer away from exposing the whole operation.
This is not a place for perfection.
It is not a place for fake calm.
It is not a place for becoming a different kind of woman.
It is a place for recognition, language, and eventually practical help.
Less shame. Less pretending. Less pressure to be either fully together or fully chill.
Just a more accurate description of what a lot of motherhood actually feels like.
